With every order, Route Package Protection is offered to insure your package gets to its destination safely! Once an item is placed into the cart, Route Protection is automatically accounted for and will show the price for the insurance. If the customer does not want Route, it would have to be removed before checkout. 

What does Route cover?
Route Protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages not caused by the customer. Please view the Route policy page for a more detailed breakdown of what falls under the criteria for coverage.

What to do if my package is lost/stolen/damaged?
If you added Route to your order, you can report an issue with Route through the mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you received from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. Their team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have!
