ORDERS & SHIPPING
Domestic Orders: Free standard shipping within the US, unless a quicker shipping option is selected at checkout
International Orders: Shipping prices will be reflected at checkout depending on the shipping destination and weight of your order. At this time we do not offer free shipping for international orders.
Yes, we ship internationally, except for a few countries! Please put your address in at checkout to calculate the shipping cost. We don’t cover any customs fees, customers are responsible for taking care of the customs fees to receive their order.
95% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! We do not ship orders over the weekend or holidays. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day. Shipping times vary on the destination and carrier. The cut-off time for same day shipping for Second Day and Overnight Orders is 9 am PST. Any orders placed after that time will most likely be shipping the following business day.
After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on what shipping method was chosen.

USPS Expedited Priority Mail - 2-3 Business Days

USPS Priority Mail Intl - 5- 15 Business days depending on the country
USPS First Class Mail Intl - 2-5 weeks depending on the country
DHL - 1 Week depending on the country

Please note: The cut-off time for same day shipping is 10am PST. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.
Most of the time, customers won’t receive a confirmation email if an email was not put on the order. Any phone numbers put in place of the email will not receive order updates.
Once an order is placed, we are not able to change the items you purchased or size, but we can change the shipping address as long as the order hasn’t shipped out yet.
Any order can be canceled pre-shipment. However, once your orders has tracking information, we are unable to cancel the order.

We accept credit card, PayPal, ShopPay, GooglePay, and MetaPay
This is a common issue that happens to many customers. If you did not get an order confirmation email, that means your order did not go through. The pending charge on your credit or debit card just means that our system attempted to charge your card. Please give it 48 hours for the charge to disappear and the money will go back on your card.
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process into your bank account, but it also varies between banks and their policies.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes! All orders have up to 30 days to be returned for a full refund or exchanged. Please visit our Returns And Exchanges page to see more info.
Every order can be returned for a full refund/credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are unused and in original condition with packaging.
Yes, we offer exchanges for Clearance items as long as it is an exchange for a different size of the same item.
