RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
At RGMNT, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re considering a return or exchange, please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging. Items not meeting this requirement may incur a 15% restocking fee.
- BOGO Sale Items: Items purchased through a BOGO deal will be refunded at their discounted value. If the full-priced item is returned, the refund will be 50% of its original value.
Exclusions:
- Clearance/Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Engraved Items are final sale.
- Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set.
Watch Returns
- Watches must be returned in original, unused condition with the protective layer intact and in original packaging.
- Watches showing signs of wear, missing the protective layer, or not in original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
Luggage Returns
All luggage sales are final sale.
We only offer support in the rare case that the item arrives damaged. In such instances, damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery and the item must be in unused condition.
We do not cover damage caused by physical force, misuse, or regular wear and tear.
If your luggage arrives damaged, please email us at support@rgmntco.com with your order number, description of the damage, and clear photos.
Each case will be evaluated individually, and if approved, we will offer a resolution in the form of reshipment, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.

- "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE"
- The item(s) being returned
- The item(s) you’d like in exchange (if applicable)
- Do not tape notes to jewelry packaging.

Notify Us:
- Email support@rgmntco.com with your tracking information to help us track your package. Returns without tracking info may result in delays.

Processing Time:
- Once your return is received, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
International Orders
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees and duties, which vary by country.
- These fees are non-refundable.
Additional Notes:
- Exchanges for out-of-stock items are not available.
- Ensure all items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit. For warranty claims on damaged items, please contact support@rgmntco.com.
