Returns and Exchanges
Here at RGMNT our returns/exchange process is fairly simple. All orders have up to 30 days to be returned for a full refund or exchanged. If you’re thinking of returning/exchanging, please make sure you complete the following instructions below:
- All items being sent back are in original condition and packaging, according to the item number shown on your order page/order slip. If items are damaged, please contact support@rgmntco.com for warranty information. Any items sent back outside of the original condition will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
- Any returned items that were affected by the BOGO deal would only be valued at the discounted amount, if a return has been sent for the full priced item they would only receive a 50% refund for that item due to the sale logic
- When repacking your order to be sent back, please include a note with
- Your order number
- Write RETURN or EXCHANGE
- The item you expect a refund/exchange for
- The item you would like in exchange
- ***PLEASE DO NOT TAPE NOTE TO JEWELRY PACKAGING***

- Once your package is sent back, please email us at support@rgmntco.com letting us know you have sent the package and include your tracking information. Without the tracking info, we are unable to check on the status of your returned package and can possibly delay the return process.
Once we receive your package back, please give us 1-2 weeks for us to process your return and exchange.
**We do not provide return labels at this time, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.
