Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At RGMNT, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re considering a return or exchange, please review our policy below.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging. Items not meeting this requirement may incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • BOGO Sale Items: Items purchased through a BOGO deal will be refunded at their discounted value. If the full-priced item is returned, the refund will be 50% of its original value.

Exclusions:

  • Clearance/Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
  • Engraved Items are final sale.
  • Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set.

Watch Returns

  • Watches must be returned in original, unused condition with the protective layer intact and in original packaging.
  • Watches showing signs of wear, missing the protective layer, or not in original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Prepare Your Package:

    • Include a note inside the package with:
      • Your order number
      • "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE"
      • The item(s) being returned
      • The item(s) you’d like in exchange (if applicable)
    • Do not tape notes to jewelry packaging.
  2. Send the Package:

    • Ship your return to:

    • Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We currently do not provide return labels.
  3. Notify Us:

    • Email support@rgmntco.com with your tracking information to help us track your package. Returns without tracking info may result in delays.
  4. Processing Time:

    • Once your return is received, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees and duties, which vary by country.
  • These fees are non-refundable.

Additional Notes:

  • Exchanges for out-of-stock items are not available.
  • Ensure all items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit. For warranty claims on damaged items, please contact support@rgmntco.com.
