SHIPPING COST & TIMES
Free standard shipping within the US if the order is $15 and up, unless a quicker shipping option is selected at checkout. Orders below $15 will incur a delivery fee of $4.99.
Shipping prices will be reflected at checkout depending on the shipping destination and weight of your order. At this time we do not offer free shipping for international orders. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees in order to finish the delivery process, if needed. Customs fees vary from county to country and must be paid in order to receive your package.

After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on what shipping method was chosen.
- Domestic Shipping:
- UPS Next Day Air (Overnight) - 1 Business Day
- UPS Second Day Air - 2 Business Days
- USPS Expedited Priority Mail - 2-3 Business Days
- USPS First Class Mail (Standard Shipping) - 4-5 Business Days
- International Shipping:
- USPS Priority Mail Intl - 5- 15 Business days depending on the country
- USPS First Class Mail Intl - 2-5 weeks depending on the country
- DHL - 1 Week depending on the country
Please note: The cut-off time for same day shipping is 10am PST. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.
ORDER & PROCESSING
How long will my order take to process?
- 95% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! We do not ship orders over the weekend or holidays. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day. Shipping times vary on the destination and carrier. The cut-off time for same day shipping for Second Day and Overnight Orders is 10 am PST. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
- Once an order is placed, we are not able to change the items or size you purchased, but we can change the shipping address as long as the order hasn’t shipped out yet.
Can I cancel my order?
- Any order can be canceled pre-shipment. However, once your order has tracking information, we are unable to cancel the order.
- We do not reship and/or refund an order if the package is lost or stolen, as this would be an issue on the carrier’s end. If you run into this issue, please reach out to the carrier to see if they can resolve the issue, and feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We do not offer refunds for any delayed packages due to an issue on the carrier’s end. However, if you purchased expedited shipping and it does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please reach out to us. For example, the customer paid for overnight shipping and the package is delayed by a few days.
- International Deliveries: If a customer is placing an international order and the carrier chosen does not deliver to the provided address, we will have to cancel the order and the customer will have to place a new order with the recommended carrier.
